A. You need to wait for a confirmation email with your password and also for someone from Celfwaith to manually activate your account, this may take up to 24 hours.

Q. I’ve tried to submit my profile but when I try to see it on the website there’s nothing there?
A. When an artist submits a profile it is not immediately uploaded onto the website and may take up to 24 hours for the profile to be approved and online for you to check.

Q. I’m interested in putting my profile on the website but I don’t want just anyone to be able to see my personal details.
A. Only you may see your own profile by logging in. Your profile is not accessible by the general public online. Potential clients may see your artwork prior to commissioning but they would not have access to your personal details without your consent.
